Chalk Art Festival

chalkartpicFor many years, PAINTS has sponsored a Chalk Art Festival at the Beach or Havens playground. For the last two years, we have joined forces with the Beach Dad's Club (and their delicious Pancake Breakfast) as well as with the international Chalk4Peace Festival, where people around the world will repaint the planet with the color of peace! What a great combination! Chalk art squares are $10 and the pancakes start flipping at 9am.
